Daily Duties:
Training
Video/Social Media Content
Phone calls/emails/texts etc for tasks and setting new tasks to stay busy
PROSPECTING
Checking in trades (if presentable photos and videos for the sites asap)
Learn about any new arrivals from other sales people or buy ins.
Weekly Duties:
Startup of vehicles and lot reorganization
Check on any trades in service, at body shop, at detail etc
Monthly Duties:
Goal setting
Review progress
Yearly Duties:
Forecasting and self assessment with Sales Manager/Finance Manager
Sales Experience is considered a huge asset!
